Shipping Info

The shipping process usually takes place as follows:
Shipping to Console Solutions- Take your console only(no plugs,wires, controllers, hard drives, or cases to your local post office to purchase a Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box for $10.35.

Make sure your XBOX 360 console is well-packaged so that it is protected from damage during transportation.

In Transit to Console Solutions- You can follow your XBOX 360 console's transportation with an optional tracking number from the post office.

Arrival at Console Solutions- When your XBOX 360 console arrives (normally within 2-3 business days), you will recieve an eMail notification.

Repair- Console Solutions requires 1-3 days to repair your console. A second eMail will be sent to you within the 1-3 days to let your know we've finished working on it and packaged and shipped it back to you. The second eMail will also include a complimentary tracking number for your convience.

In Return Transit- By its third business day in our possession, your console will be packaged and shipped back to the sender's address. You'll be able to easily follow your XBOX 360 console with your complimentary tracking number.
