    There's nothing worse than that moment when you realize that something's gone terribly wrong with your XBOX360 console.  Whether it's the dreaded 3 Red Rings of Death, a disc drive error or something else you've never even heard of, it's definately bad news.
     But before you do anything durastic, breathe easy!  Console Solutions is here to help you.  XBOX 360's are our specialty, and we pride ourselves in our customer service and up-to-date repair techniques.

Q:  How long will it take to repair my console?
A:  On the day we receive your console, we test it to determine the exact error.  Once we find it, the console is repaired in about a 2 hour process.  When your console is running properly again, it is kept running consistently for 24 thru 36 hours to ensure a successful repair.  After this, your console is promptly shipped back to you.  Including shipping, before-testing, repair, after-testing and return shipping, the process as a whole usually takes about 7 to 10 business days.  We prefer using Priority mail will our shipments because it is fairly priced, secure and fast (usually 2-3 business days shipment time).

Q:  How does the repair work?
A:  For all basic repairs (RROD, E74, no video, etc.), Console Solutions "reflows" the GPU, CPU or RAM chips using an a Aoyue986 Reflow Station. Following this part of the process, an XCLAMP modification is performed.

Q:  Will having my console repaired void its Microsoft warranty?
A:  Because the XBOX 360 console is opened during the repair process, the Microsoft warranty is voided. But save your time, sanity and money! Console Solutions can provide you with a speedy repair with its own warranty today without the hassle.
